What does Reflexology do?
It relieves stress and tension, improves your blood and nerve supply thus restoring vital energy pathways, improves elimination of toxins and encourages the body to heal itself and to be brought back into balance
Who can benefit?
People of any age, from babies to the elderly, may benefit. You do not have to be ill to benefit from Reflexology - an increasing number of people are using this safe, natural therapy as a way of relaxing, balancing and harmonizing the body.
What can you do about stress?
Many of us are suffering from degrees of stress and it is currently thought that 80% of medical conditions are stress-related. Poor lifestyle choices contribute too and can create 'dis-ease', eventually culminating in disease. Our bodies are designed to deal with immediate threat but it is the long term, every day levels of stess which debilitate our system - causing imbalance.
